I'm still not into the 150's yet, but I know I'm so close!! I haven't been able to work out regularly this week because I went to my parent's again while my husband was gone on a mission trip to an Indian Reservation in South Dakota. And then I joined up with the upper classmen for some evangelism training in the Twin Cities. It was so fun to be with them, but the lack of working out, the addition of eating out, and the strange sleep habits of teens on a mission trip have been wearing me down. i laid down yesterday and my stomach fell over beside me. i'm not letting myself care too much about the extra baby lbs I need to lose, but i do need a little toning action. Maybe you'll have to call me in the mornings and be my jillian!
july is the month that you drop into the next weight decade - i know you can do it!! :)

yes life often gets in the way.
my eating habits have been horrible, lots of eating out (which isn't typical).
can i ask if you have measured yourself? i have only lost 2 lbs in the 16 days i have completed, but i have lost 4.25 inches. considering muscle ways more than fat i figure my weight isn't going to be an accurate indicator.
and i only measure on tuesday!

btw- since reading your blog i have gotten 5 girlfriends to start shredding!
